It’s only about for 3 grams, it’s a nice medium head high and body high and has a slight taste of vanilla. Definitely recommended as a “budget blend”. Amsterdam Attic is my most recommended site, they have the best values around!

Question by ashley.: Will these herbal supplements affect the effectiveness of my birth control?
I am thinking of taking some herbal supplements such as (not all of these, maybe just two): Fenugreek, Red Clover, Saw Palmetto, Dong Quai, Wild Yam, Blessed Thistle, Damiana, Black Cohosh, or Fennel.
I am taking the birth control pill Yaz.
Will any of these herbs affect the effectiveness of my birth control?

Probably not. But you need to a) Not take Yaz. It sucks. and b) TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST! I am sure Yaz’ website will also help or have a place to email them about it.

Question by : has anyone used damiana?
And how best to prepare the herbs for an aphrodesiac, tea, tincture or infusion? I dont have time for tincture really. but can crush it into a powder for pills.

Haven’t used damiana myself but it seems to have gained a reputation as a potent aphrodisiac in Central and South America.
While it has been reported as an effective enhancer of sexual performance, it is also believed to help enhance energy levels, enhance the mood and fight depression.
Damiana tea is typically prepared by taking 2 grams of dried damiana leaves and stems, crushing it into powder, and then adding it to heated water at sub-boiling temperatures. Let steep for about 15 to 30 minutes.

This is a review of a sample I received from Amsterdam Attic. This one was a strawberry flavored one. I don’t have a lot of info on it but when I find out I’ll update this video. Overall: 8/10 Super smooth, tasty strawberry blend, the high is comparable to Miami Nice’s high. It was a pretty sweet incense overall, I’d love to see more flavored blends from AA!

Question by Chris: Curious about Damiana?
Just curious if anyone has any experience with this herb, either smoking it or making tea with it. I bought some just out of curiosity but am unsure if it would be better to smoke or drink. Also (and this is the no bullshit truth) my grandpa wants pot brownies…..whats the best way to prepare the herb before going into the brownie mix and how much would you have to put in for there to be any effect?

Using the damiana as a tea is probably the best option.

In terms of the pot brownies, you need to make pot butter or oil first before making the brownies. You don’t just put the herb in the browinies. If you do a search for “pot brownies” you will find recipes for pot butter and for the brownies. You should not do this unless your grandpa has a prescription for medical marijuana.

Legal Herbs that i bought online that I’m trying out for the first time. This is not Marijuana .. STOP telling me to hold it in longer. It is not necessary for herbal Smokes. Its like asking someone to hold in cigarette smoke.
