Looking for help with losing weight? Help that goes beyond the usual lifestyle changes, portion control advice and exercise routines? Weight-loss supplements touting names like “fat burner” and “thermo max” can be enticing. But do they work? And even more important, in the wake of the Food and Drug Administration’s recent ban on ephedra, are they safe?
In this article, Environmental Nutrition provides a snapshot of 10 of the most popular ingredients currently in supplements for weight loss.
ChitosanMade from the shells of lobsters, shrimp and other shellfish, chitosan is an indigestible fiber. It is supposed to help weight loss by binding with the fat you eat, blocking its absorption. However, studies do not support this claim. Side effects include constipation and gas. People with shellfish allergies should beware.
ChromiumMost often present as chromium picolinate, it has been promoted to boost lean mass and decrease body fat. Though study findings have been inconclusive, an analysis of several studies recently concluded that supplementing with 200 to 400 micrograms of chromium picolinate could result in about a 2.5-pound weight loss per week in some people. Other studies have found a loss of body fat and an increase in muscle tissue, with no change in weight. Still others have found no effect at all. Though some laboratory studies have raised safety issues, a large number of human studies suggest it is safe.
Citrus Aurantium (Bitter Orange)This herbal extract is a natural source of synephrine (a compound similar to ephedrine) and the supplement industry’s current answer to the ephedra ban. But there are no published studies to show it is an effective supplement for weight loss. And like ephedra, its side effects include an increase in blood pressure; Environmental Nutrition recommends avoiding it.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)Both animal and human research hints at a possible role for CLA in reducing body fat and increasing lean body mass, but it’s not quite ready for prime time. None of the human studies have been long-term. CLA is currently being studied in combination with chromium picolinate. CLA is found naturally in dairy foods and beef and is generally considered safe.
Garcinia CambogiaThe extract from Garcinia cambogia fruit rind contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which supposedly curbs food intake, weight gain and storage of excess calories as fat. However, studies have failed to prove G. cambogia is an effective weight-loss aid. The most common side effects are upper respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms.
GuaranaCaffeine is the effective ingredient in guarana plant seeds. Guarana may have a mild appetite suppressant effect over the short term. It was often used in combination with ephedra until ephedra was banned. The potential side effects are those of caffeine overdose—insomnia, restlessness, anxiety or panic.
Hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB)HMB is a natural byproduct of the breakdown of the amino acid leucine. HMB supplements are used by body builders in hopes of increasing muscle mass. A few small studies have suggested that HMB increases lean mass and decreases body fat when combined with weight training. However, studies with overweight and obese people are needed.
Plantago PsylliumPsyllium is a water-soluble fiber from Plantago ovato seeds. Taken before a meal, it may make you feel full, causing you to eat less. While it is proved to aid constipation (that’s how Metamucil works), it has not been proved as an effective weight-loss aid.
PyruvatePyruvate formulas boast that they stimulate metabolism and reduce body fat. Pyruvate is found naturally in food and in the body as a result of the breakdown of carbohydrates and protein. Some studies have shown a weight-loss benefit with pyruvate supplements. But the people in the studies also exercised and cut back on calories. Moreover, the dosage used in the studies was high, requiring a handful of tablets each day. Experts say the case for pyruvate to aid weight loss is weak.
Yerba mateBrewed into a tea, bitter Yerba mate is high in caffeine. Used in combination with other caffeine-containing herbs, like guarana and damiana, it was found in one study to delay stomach emptying time and aid weight loss. The study was short (45 days), so conclusions on keeping the weight off cannot be made.
The Bottom Line
Though all are relatively expensive and none are proved, of these top popular weight-loss contenders, chromium picolinate and CLA are probably the most studied. If you’ve already made up your mind to go the supplement route, you might want to give them a try. Just don’t expect miracles and check with your doctor first.

Crystals/Stones
Each rock (whether it is a crystal or not) has a higher or lower density vibration. This makes certain rocks (crystals & stones) powerful collectors of Magick energy.
Whenever you are in a situation where you are about to buy stones or crystals, it is important to physically touch different ones before buying them. It helps to close your eyes and really “feel” the stone – concentrate on how the stone resonates with you, and select the ones that are special.

The word depressed is a common everyday word. People might say “I’m depressed” when in fact they mean “I’m fed up because I’ve had a row, or failed an exam, or lost my job” etc. These ups and downs of life are common and normal. Most people recover quite quickly.
With true depression, you have a low mood and other symptoms each day for at least two weeks. Symptoms can also become severe enough to interfere with day-to-day activities.
People with a depressive illness cannot merely “pull themselves together” and get better. Without treatment, symptoms can last for weeks, months, or years. Appropriate treatment, however, can help most people who suffer from depression.
Types of Depression
Depressive disorders come in different forms. Three of the most common are Major Depression, Dysthymia, and Bipolar Disorder. Even within these types of depression there are variations in the number of symptoms, their severity, and persistence.
Major depression is manifested by a combination of symptoms (see symptom list below) that interfere with the ability to work, study, sleep, eat, and enjoy once pleasurable activities. Some people have a single episode of depression, but many have episodes that recur.
Dysthymia is a less severe type of depression that lasts a long time but involves less severe symptoms. If you suffer from dysthymia you probalby lead a normal life, but you may not be functioning well or feeling good. People with dysthymia may also experience major depressive episodes at some time in their lives.
Bipolar Disorder (also called manic-depression) is another type of depressive disorder. Bipolar disorder is thought to be less common than other depressive disorders. If you have bipolar disorder you are troubled by cycling mood swings – usually severe highs (mania) and lows (depression). The mood swings are sometimes dramatic and rapid, but usually are more gradual. When in the depressed stage, a person can have any or all of the symptoms of a depressive disorder.
Herbal Tonics
A combination of herbs is usually more effective and preferred for treatment of depression. The tonics are prepared with special consideration to neutralizing the side effects caused by one and with consideration to the specific situation of the individual who is taking it. Since the herbs may interact with prescription medicines, make sure you check with your doctor before starting on any herb if you are currently taking any prescription medications.
Ingredients: Vitex, black cohosh, wild yam root, licorice, sarsaparilla, false unicorn root, red raspberry leaf, dong quai, motherwort, royal jelly, squaw vine, maca, suma, oatstraw, fo-ti, cooked rehmannia, siberian ginseng, damiana, ligusticum wallichi, muirapuama, fructus lycii.
Kava Blend: Mix equal parts of kava, lemon balm, valerian root and St. John’s wort. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb mix. Drink 1 cup three times daily, one hour after meals.
Chinese Herbs: Bupleurum and dong quai make up a Chinese herbal formula that helps reduce anxiety, irritability, and depression. Take 1,000 milligrams of a bupleurum and dong quai combination formula two or three times daily for two weeks out of every month (if you are a woman, take it for the two weeks prior to the anticipated onset of your menstrual period).
Gentian Root Tea: Steep 1/2 ounce each of finely chopped poplar bark and gentian root in two pints of water for fifteen minutes. Boil and add 1/2ounce each of agrimony and centaury. Simmer for ten minutes, cool, and strain. You can add honey for sweetener if you desire. Take three or four tablespoons before meals.

Did you know that blood is a tissue? Here are some other interesting facts about the blood in your body:
Your body contain roughly 6 quarts (5.6 liters) of blood
Blood daily travels about 12,000 miles
Your heart beats approximately 35 million times each year
During an average human lifetime, the heart will pump about a million barrels of blood. That is enough to fill up three supertankers!
Blood: our lifeline
We know that we need blood to live, but what exactly does it do for our bodies? The red colored liquid travels throughout our hearts, arteries, capillaries and veins. In its journey, the blood also does a little multi-tasking. It delivers oxygen and nutrients to the body’s issues, while removing metabolic waste from them. The blood is rich in protein, thickens when it contacts damaged tissue, helps to control the balance of fluids in humans, and aids in the body in maintaining the correct temperature.
In a nutshell, the blood is the lifeline of the body. So that explains why good blood circulation is so vital. The blood circulation is continuous, and involves a trip that would make any frequent flyer green with envy. First, the heart pumps out blood throughout tiny vessels in the body. Then the blood meets in the veins and returns back to the heart. Afterwards, the blood flows through our lungs, and then returns to the heart again.
A small world
In this complicated process, it is vital that blood flows properly through each part that needs it. For example, the brain gets about 15% of the blood that the heart pumps out. Meanwhile, when muscles contract, they produce “metabolites” that circulating blood removes. Blood must also flow properly from the coronary arteries, to the heart. This involves about 5% of blood that the heart pumps. Next, when you are in hot temperatures, more blood is pumped to your skin (think air conditioner), but nearly no blood is pumped there in cold temperatures. Blood circulation is also important for absorbing and digesting food. Finally, though kidneys are fairly small organs, they get roughly 20% of the blood that the heart pumps out.
Problems and solutions
So what happens when someone suffers from various blood circulation problems? Many discomforts form. These include cold hands and feet, aches that excess lactic acid in the muscles cause, exhaustion, and fluid in the toes.
Several methods can be used to improve blood circulation:
Calendula Officinalis (pot marigold plant)
Cayenne (created from dried peppers)
Damiana (shrub native to Central America)
Exercising (low-impact)
Garlic
Ginger
Ginkgo (Asian tree)
Hydrotherapy (translation: hot and cold showers)
Onions
Reetha (herb)
Tamri Bancha (translation: soy sauce + tea)
Ume-Sho-Bancha with ginger (drink)
Wine with rosemary flowers or leaves
Massage, such as hot stone massages, is another ideal way to treat poor blood circulation. The massage method helps blood to move through areas where it is getting clogged up. Also, the pressure from the massage allows new blood to flow in. The massage’s pulling squeezing also removes lactic acid from the muscles. And the lymph fluid circulation is boosted. Lymph nodes are small groups of tissue where white blood cells are formed. This process is important, as the metabolic waste is transported away from the muscles and internal organs. The end result is that blood pressure is reduced and the body’s overall functioning is improved.
Blood circulation serves as one of the most important functions of our bodies, providing a lifeline to various tissues and organs. Poor blood circulation, though problematic, can be solved by using a variety of techniques, including massage with hot stones. That will give us the energy to continue through our day-to-day lives.

A short time ago, when a man turned sixty-five, he became officially old, retiring from work, and then having four or five years to spend as he wishes before illness set in. However, this is not the case anymore. It is becoming more and more evident that the older a man gets, the healthier he has been. By eating healthy, exercising, and quitting harmful habits, such as smoking, a man can add years to his life. Although it is better to start good clean living from early on, it is never too late for men to make changes and take better care of them selves. One of the main ways men can improve their health is by adding high quality nutritional supplements to their diet.
Although many men would like to begin taking nutritional supplements, most men feel that they are very confusing. Because there are hundreds and hundreds of nutritional supplements on health food store shelves, determining which supplements provide health benefits for a 50+ man can be extremely overwhelming. The best supplement to begin with is a good multivitamin that contains large amounts of calcium, magnesium, and potassium. The only mineral a man should avoid is iron, which he should get enough of through the food he eats. Too much iron can cause health problems. When searching for a multivitamin, one that contains lycopene is very important. Lycopene decreases a man’s risk for heart disease, age-related macular degeneration, and prostate cancer. Other important components are antioxidant blends, ginseng for energy and stamina, and digestive enzymes to aid absorption.
Along with taking a quality multivitamin for general health, there are six other vital nutrients that can help prevent prostate cancer from developing and also help fight against disease. The first of these is calcium d-glucarate, which is found in fruits and vegetables. This nutrient helps men’s detoxification systems get rid of harmful excess hormones that increase the risk for prostate cancer. Selenium has very powerful effects on the prostate gland. A recent study by researchers concluded that selenium can cut the risk of prostate cancer by 63 percent. The third of these nutrients is green tea, which is the second most widely consumed liquid in the world, following water. Men in China and Japan who have been drinking it for centuries have very low rates of prostate cancer. Research has concluded that a plant substance in green tea called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) can stop the growth of prostate cancer right in its tracks. Maitake Mushrooms are linked to good health in those who eat them because they contain an important compound called D-fraction, which destroys 95% of human prostate cancer cells in lab experiments. The last of the vital nutrients is lycopene, whose preliminary reports demonstrate that it can actually kill prostate cancer cells.
Similar to women, who experience significant hormonal changes as they age, men experience something called andropause. Andropause in men occurs when testosterone production, the main sex hormone in men, begins to slowly decline. Although estrogen levels in women decline faster than testosterone levels in men, testosterone decline can cause a great deal of unpleasant symptoms including abdominal weight gain, hair loss, reduced energy and sex drive, heart disease, and prostate enlargement. Whether the man believes that these are changes due to andropause, or just consequences of aging, most men will experience some or all of them as they continue to age.
Unfortunately, there is no supplement that can give a man the hormone level of a twenty year old. However, there is a nutrient that can help the testosterone in an older man “behave” more like a younger man’s testosterone. A study by the Fred Hutchinson Center in Seattle concluded that men who ate three servings of cruciferous vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, or Brussels sprouts, each day have a 48 percent lower risk of prostate cancer. A chemical found in cruciferous plants, DIM, is responsible for this prostate cancer prevention because of its ability to metabolize estrogen. A precise ratio of testosterone to estrogen is needed for men to be able to maintain a healthy sexual response, effective sexual function, strong bones and muscles, viable sperm, and a well-functioning prostate gland. After many years of work, scientists have finally discovered a stable, all natural and absorbable form of DIM. When men take DIM, their estrogen metabolism improves, and testosterone metabolism accelerates, which results in higher testosterone levels similar to those seen in young men. This results in weight loss, reduction in prostate gland enlargement, and helping men 50+ feel stronger and leaner.
Saw palmetto, a small palm tree which is found in Florida and South Carolina, produces berries which contain many beneficial compounds. Supplements that contain saw palmetto are extremely effective in treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH), one of the most common health conditions in older men, with half of all men aged 40-60 and more than 90 percent of men over 80 having BPH. BPH is caused by the conversion of estrogen to a very potent form of testosterone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Once prostate cells are exposed to DHT, they multiply in number and get much larger. Rarely improving, BPH gradually gets worse over the years, causing the man to continually need to urinate, interrupted sleep, dribbling, and loss of urine, which significantly interferes with a man’s quality of life. Prescription medications that have been developed to treat BPH are only partially effective. However, saw palmetto berry extract relives the symptoms of BPH by furthering the production of DHT.
Because sexual intimacy is an important, complex, and lifelong need, there are honest nutritional supplements for men’s sexual health. Sexual intimacy makes us feel better physically and mentally and adds to our sense of security, belonging, and self-esteem. Since many things can affect men’s ability to engage in sexual activity, such as erectile dysfunction (ED), the development of the prescription medication Viagra has revolutionized ED treatment. Like all medicines, Viagra can cause some side effects which include headache, flushing of the face and upset stomach. However, not every man can take Viagra. Those who use nitrate drugs, which controls chest pain and those with serious liver problems should not take Viagra. However, there is a nutritional supplement formulated with vitamins, herbs, and glandular products that targets male sexual organs. It contains vitamin E, liver fractions, wheat germ, beta-sitosterol, and herbal extracts of muira puama, Mexican damiana, saw palmetto, cola nut, ginseng, and ginkgo biloba. If the use of nutritional supplements for two months does not improve your erections, you do need to see a healthcare practitioner, as sexual problems can be a sign of serious health problems. Almost all practitioners understand how difficult this problem is for men to discuss and are experienced in getting the information as quickly and painlessly as possible. Great supplements like Beta Sitosterol and Saw Palmetto along with other supplements mentioned can be found at your local or internet health food store.

You can stimulate the sexual excitement and lust both in yourself and your lover by the surrounding you choose for making love, by the atmosphere you create at that place, by special actions and by using special products targeted for this purpose.
HERBAL PREPARATIONS TO INCREASE AROUSAL
On the market you can find many herbs or herbal blendings capable of increasing the sexual arousal. Many arousing herbs are also found as common spices. Examples of arousing herbs are ginseng, roseroot, cinnamon, cayenne, cardamom, ginger, damiana, horny goat weed, catuaba, maca, muira pauma and cuscuta. The herbs can arouse you both by their taste, their scent and by a physiological stimulation on the nerves and blood circulation.
The herbs create a general sexual mood in your mind and intimate zones, make these zones more sensible for stimulation and facilitate sexual reactions. Most herbal preparations are to be taken as a single dose each day. It is also a good idea to spice up your food with some of these herbs a day you want to have a strong sexual experience.
THE PROPER DEGREE OF CLEANLINESS
Some smells can strongly awaken the sexual arousal. This is done in two ways. Some smell receptors in the nose have a direct nervous connection to centres in the brain that are active when a person is sexually aroused. When something trigger these smell receptors, an immediate sexual interest and arousal is the result.
The body itself secretes substances with erotic scents. However, the body also produce wastes and secretions that have the opposite effect in a too great amount.
The proper degree of washing and hygiene is therefore necessary to get maximally aroused. The body should be cleaned some time before sex. But a very eager washing and a use of massive amounts of soap or cleansers can take away exciting bodily scents, and a strong smell of soap is directly anti-erotic.
EROTIC PERFUMES OR PHEROMONES
A way of making both yourself and your partner aroused is the use of erotic perfumes or pheromone preparations on your body. These preparations contain substances, so-called pheromones, that trigger receptors in the nose directly connected to the brain centres involved in sexual arousal. They also contain substances that trigger sexual excitement by their consciously sensed smells.
Some of these substances give a distinctly feminine mark, others give a distinctly masculine signal and others are common to men and women. Therefore preparations of pheromones are often made in special versions for men and women.
Perfumes with smell of flowers or the like should be avoided. These types of perfumes may smell pleasantly, but they take the mind away from sexual thoughts
USE OF SEXY CLOTHES AND MAKE-UP
You can excite each other heavily by using sensual outer clothes and sexy underwear. You can use clothes with exciting colours or with colours or shapes triggering your erotic fantasy. The clothes should attract your attention towards your most intimate areas, for example by means of lines or structures pointing that way. Your clothes should also visualize the shape of your intimate zones and the shape of body parts you find especially attractive. Your clothes should look like an invitation to erotic activities, but without looking too vulgar. Avoid heavy or voluminous clothes looking like an armament. Such clothes signal to your partner that you do not want sex, that you are afraid of sex or afraid of your partner.
A careful use of make-up in order to strengthen and underline special attractive traits in you face can increase the excitement, for example some darkening of your eyebrows or some shading under your eyes. Heavy use of make-up will have the opposite effect. It will make your partner wonder what really is under that make-up, your partner will feel the make-up as a shield around you, and your partner will be constantly afraid of disturbing your make-up.
A simple, elegant and fanciful, but still natural-looking, heir-cut and hair colouring can also greatly enhance the excitement. However, a heavy hairstyle looking like a major artwork will take the attention away from erotic thoughts and thus have the opposite effect.
A ROMANTIC ATMOSPHERE
A romantic atmosphere will help to bring forth the sexual arousal, and there are many ingredients that together make such an atmosphere. The surrounding must be tidy and colourful. The colours should generally be somewhat discrete and held in a warm tune, but with some spots having a stronger colour, for example a carpet covering the sofa you sit in and the linen of the bed where you intend to make love. Having discretely coloured lamps in the background, or some colourful flowers or ornamental objects will complete the visual part of the atmosphere. The temperature of the air must be pleasant, somewhat warm, but not too warm. Pleasant and relaxing music will complete the picture.
Furthermore, the setting must be such that you naturally drew your attention towards each other. There should be some comfortable place where you feel it natural to sit or lie down near each other. The light in the surroundings should be dimmed, but with a somewhat stronger light upon the place where you intend to make love.
HAVE A SENSUAL MEAL BEFORE YOU BEGIN
The food you eat some time before sex can greatly enhance your excitement and lust, or have the opposite effect, depending of the composition of your meal. You should have a meal that stimulates all your senses. It should contain ingredients with bright colours and you should use sensual and aromatic spices like cinnamon, ginger, musket and cardamom. Some amount of strong spices like cayenne or chilli will stimulate your bodily reactions and thereby make you more aroused.
Coffee or tea stimulate the activities of the central nervous system, and thus also the sexual excitement. A cup or coffee or tea just before the sexual act will often enhance your sexual mood. Small amounts of alcohol will help to take away tension and worries and make room in your mind for erotic thoughts and feelings, but heavy drinking will destroy your erotic intentions.
AROUSING PICTURES OR VIDEOS
Looking at pictures in an erotic magazine or at an erotic video that depict sexy people and erotic situations can stimulate the right mood for making love. The best pictures and videos are those showing some new and surprising ways of making love. The best visual material will give you ideas about new things you can do yourselves. Directly comic pictures or videos should be avoided, because they awake other feelings than sexual excitement, but some degree of humour is fine.
THE ROLE OF THE FOREPLAY
The foreplay is important to increase your excitement maximally, and there are many things you can include in the foreplay. Kisses and caresses are classical ingredients in the foreplay, both when you still have your clothes on and later in your naked state. You should always take your time to kiss and caress each other, but you should also use your fantasy and play with each other in steadily new ways.
You can for example gently unclothe each other instead of each of you take off one’s own clothes. Also place your partner or yourself in surprising and intriguing positions. Then you caress each other with gentle movements. Begin by caressing neutral body areas and gradually get closer to the erotic zones of the body, and eventually stimulate the most intimate zones by gentle strokes or gentle fingering.
During the foreplay and the sexual act it is often natural that one of you take a leading role, but you should try to shift being the leader, either from time to time or during different faces in the sexual act.
SEXUAL MASSAGE
Massage can be a good way of enhancing your sexual excitement. The massage will help you to relax and take away the daily tension and worries. When these disturbing elements are pacified, your mind have greater place for erotic thoughts and feelings. The massage will also directly stimulate the feelings and reactions in your erotic zones. When massaging, begin very gently and increase the intensity gradually. Also approach the most intimate zones of your body gradually. However, do not massage too systematically. Use your fantasy and do some surprising manipulations.
OILS AND OINTMENTS FOR SEXUAL STIMULATION
On the market you can find a lot of oils or ointments you can use during erotic massage that have an arousing scents and a pleasurable consistency. The oils makes the fingers glide more smoothly against the zones you massage and increase the pleasure during the massage. Some of these oils are to be used on greater body parts.
Other oils are especially made to use in the most intimate body zones. These oils will give lubrication to ease intercourse, but will also often have ingredients that directly stimulate feelings and sexual reactions, for example enhancing the erections of the penis, enhancing the engorgement of the female lips and clitoris, increasing the vaginal secretions or creating exciting physical feelings by stimulation of the nerve endings or sensual bodies.

When purchasing any weight loss product, it is important to do your research. Many people are exchanging their opinions about MetaboThin on DietBlogTalk.com
For an additional source, check out MetaboThin on the very popular Sensational.com
Overview
Before the banning of Ephedra, things were not going well in the diet world. Folks were headed to emergency rooms with all sorts of negative side effects â and all because they wanted to lose a few pounds. Now that the Ephedra ban has been partially lifted, some manufacturers feel justified in putting it back in their products. MetaboThinâ¢, by American Generic Laboratories, is one such company. MetaboThinâ¢, patterned after Metabolife 356, is a thermogenic product that will supposedly elevate the bodyâs temperature and contribute to increased calorie burning. The only problem is, itâs full of stimulants that might cause serious problems for dieters.
Ingredients at a Glance
MetaboThin⢠contains Vitamin E, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Chromium, Ephedra, Guarana, Acacia, Citrus Aurantium, Eleutherococcus Senticosus, Lecithin, Ginger, Sasparilla, Damiana, Bovine Complex, Nettles, Royal Jelly, Goldenseal, Spirulina, Gotu Kola, Theobroma Cacao, Phenyltheylamine HCL, Green Tea, and Yohimbe. Weâll focus on the dangerous combinations here.
Ingredients in Focus
Ephedra is a source of Ephedrine, which is an amine similar to amphetamine and methamphetamine. Negative side effects may include arrhythmia, sweating, nausea, increased urine output, restlessness, confusion, panic, hostility, agitation, shortness of breath, headache, and many others. Thereâs good reason to believe no one should take Ephedra, banned or not.
MetaboThin⢠also contains Citrus Aurantium, which is prized for its Synephrine content. However, when itâs stacked with Caffeine, Synephrine becomes dangerous. And in MetaboThinâ¢, Guarana and Green Tea deliver a decent amount of Caffeine, making Citrus Aurantium a potentially dangerous option for fat-burning when on its own it can be very helpful. In short, this stimulant-heavy cocktail is not the safest weight loss option weâve ever seen.
Positives
â¢Â   None.
Negatives
â¢Â   Contains too many stimulants.
â¢Â   Besting a dangerous competitorâs formula is a poor goal for a company.
â¢Â   Product presentation is poor, and the product is expensive.
Final Thoughts
MetaboThin⢠is not the safest option for weight loss supplementation. Weâd recommend shopping for a stimulant-free fat burner and/or appetite suppressant. When combined with regular exercise and a sensible diet, such a product could enhance weight loss. MetaboThin⢠may contribute to weight loss too, but it looks to be more than the average consumer will bargain for.
