It’s only about for 3 grams, it’s a nice medium head high and body high and has a slight taste of vanilla. Definitely recommended as a “budget blend”. Amsterdam Attic is my most recommended site, they have the best values around!

is smoking damiana leaf the same as smoking salvia? is it illegal?
just wondering about it if anybody knows i heard it was like salvia which can make you hallucinate

The other blend the Herbal Incense Review Guy sent me from his Sta$ h. This blend is a pretty big improvement from Powers. This blend has a somewhat strong am-2201 feeling stoney head high (rushed, disoriented, etc.) that I’ve found lasts for about an hour, a HUGE improvement from Powers. The relaxation effect of this blend may be pretty intense for newbies/first timers, but experienced herbal incense burners can have a lot of fun with this. It has an AWESOME marshmallow leaf base that burns very well, is very fluffy and very light. Sold at the same price as Powers, I’d say definitely go with this if you’re stuck between the 2. Overall it’s a pretty solid, cheap blend, definitely worth trying out at least once and in my opinion the best blend from the Herbal Incense Review Guy! Overall: 8.6/10

I am thinking of taking some herbal supplements such as (not all of these, maybe just two): Fenugreek, Red Clover, Saw Palmetto, Dong Quai, Wild Yam, Blessed Thistle, Damiana, Black Cohosh, or Fennel.
I am taking the birth control pill Yaz.
Will any of these herbs affect the effectiveness of my birth control?

Probably not. But you need to a) Not take Yaz. It sucks. and b) TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST! I am sure Yaz’ website will also help or have a place to email them about it.
