I would stick with three a day.
That is plenty of A, and you can get too much.

It looks like a really good vitamin, and since you are male, its good that you have one that does NOT have iron (there is some evidence that iron build up can cause health problems. Women prior to menopause do not have to worry, but men do).

It also has all eleven B vitamins, which many do not.

I would just stick with what you are doing now.

As to the importance of taking vitamins, for me it is the difference between functioning and not. If I stop taking my vitamins for more than two weeks, I inevitably get sick.

Unfortunately, there is no lemon law where bodies are concerned. :o)

Wish I could answer that properly - there's lots I want to know about this topic for myself! From my amateur point of view that does look like one of the more serious multinutrients, but I'm questioning whether you should take it so long term without a change, as it contains lots of herbs that, in my understanding, your body needs a break from, from time to time, for them to continue working optimally. Also I would check that these herbs are relevant to you.
Are you taking this supplement on top of a healthy balanced diet, as good organic fresh food should be your first port of call for the nutrients your body needs, and a supplement should be just that?
Personally I'd go for a change. I'd look at my diet and check it was as good as I could realistically make it, maybe take a different multi-vitamin/mineral supplement without the herbs for a while and see how I felt (but make sure the vitamins are from real food sources where possible, or cultured/grown in a food base - as some synthetic vitamins can do more harm than good). Then maybe go back to this supplement and see if it works better, worse or the same as before.
Certainly though, vitamins - in a form recognisable by your body - are fantastically important for the functioning and/or healing of body and mind, and a good investment in your present and future health.

are you kidding?? vitamins are CRUCIAL! especially at your age since your body starts slowing down and you need extra help with nutrients.

i guess if it says on the label that its okay to take six, then do it.
but if not talk to your doctor about it first.
hope i helped:)
