what is in this herbal smoke that gets me high?

so I bought a little 3 gram pack off a guy. He made it himself I believe, it looks yellow in color smells like lemon pepper and looks like crushed up leaves with hints and hues of green here and there. Can you help me out. Mainly yellow in color. the high lasts 1hr to an hour and a half. I was thinking it was damiana, or damiana mixed with passion flower. the dude says there is blue lotus in there, but I don’t see anything that looks like blue. btw it is smoked.
